1. Introduction and Parties

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2222dd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the 2222dd online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 2222dd.app. The Platform is operated for the benefit of players based in Bangladesh and is made available in English.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To use the full range of services available on the 2222dd Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a chosen password, and any other information requested on the registration form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if any of your details change.

2222dd operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process for identity and age verification. You may be asked at any time to provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a copy of your National ID card, birth certificate, or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted only one registered account on the 2222dd Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. 2222dd reserves the right to void any bets or casino rounds placed from accounts deemed to be duplicates.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

2222dd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 2222dd's sole discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money transfers and ৳500 for bank card transactions.

All deposits are credited to your 2222dd account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 2222dd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or system outages. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable period, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for mobile money withdrawals and within two to three business days for bank card withdrawals. 2222dd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be issued to payment methods registered in the same name as the 2222dd account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

2222dd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking and accepting any such charges before initiating a transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

2222dd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the IPL. 7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 2222dd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of 2222dd's trading team shall be final. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided at 2222dd's discretion. Where live in-play betting is available, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed — delay or connectivity issues that result in a bet being confirmed at a different point in play may result in the bet being voided.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person under the age of 21.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2222dd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 2222dd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 2222dd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2222dd account during the thirty days immediately preceding the claim.

2222dd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, and circumstances beyond 2222dd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. 2222dd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Governing Law and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact 2222dd support in the first instance to attempt an informal resolution. 2222dd will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in the English language before proceeding to any other form of legal action.
